Conflict resolution is about working with both sides to rebuild the key relationships and enable the teams to build a constructive dialogue about the technical and interpersonal aspects of the issues or contract.
When working with groups in conflict we attempt to start from the common ground. We also facilitate the teams to enable them to understand their respective grievances, the perceptions that they hold and where it may be possible to rebuild trust.

He brings a calming presence when there is tension, difficult situations, dysfunctional teams or drama. He’s someone who can remain engaged as he knows what’s going on. His role model of calmness and stillness is incredibly useful in keeping the energy in a productive space.
You have all these complexities, and then in the discussions that ensued he brought them down to let’s solve these problems. Stephen is a relaxed personality – he creates the right atmosphere, and he gets people in the group that he is facilitating to speak freely. He gets people to really open up, to express their grievances without animosity and I think that he is very good at what he does.
