Stephen’s just kind of funny as a business consultant, because he can be so philosophical in behaviour. Sometimes it’s almost like he has bits of a therapist ingrained inside the business mind. So really it’s around behaviour and understanding people, and I think that’s what my idea of Stephen’s strength is his understanding of human behaviour in stressful situations.
